Changes:
Items and Chests now despawn if you can't pick them up otherwise.
Downed heroines now comment if you beat their killer
You can now replace character and game over/corpse graphics. Rest of graphics templates to follow.
BUG Fixes:
Stats now properly assigned to new characters in old worlds
Player splatter type is now correct for some of the other deaths
